written by a nutritional expert or a doctor. Remember however,
not all things are good for all people. Some have food
intolerance that makes it impossible for them to eat certain
things. Fresh seafood is usually good for you, but some have an
allergy to seafood and can’t eat it.

remember to keep things as natural as possible and you should
be just fine. You can always take a vitamin if you think you
aren’t getting what you need, but remember that too much can be
