less unhealthy foods and toxins you take in when you are young,
the easier it will be for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle
as you get older. All of the unhealthy food that you eat early
in life can cause a lot of harm to your body that is difficult
to undo.

be a great way to make a new start. Psychologically, fasting
diets help you to mark the beginning of a new era of
healthy eating.
