Cellulite: Juniper Berry, Geranium, Rosemary.
An easy way to benefit from essential oils is to add a few drops to your moisturiser and or body lotion, then just rub this on the affected area.
You can also benefit from Aromatherapy by combining it with massage. By rubbing essential oils into your skin you allow the active ingredients to pass into the affected areas of your body. Massage combined with the oils will help to ease pain and stiffness and also improve your circulation.
The amount of aromatherapy fragrances on the market can make it feel like a daunting task finding the ones which are right for you. It is however, not to difficult to get the hang of picking the right ones.
