but this isn't the case. Building muscle combined with
cardiovascular exercise actually helps you to lose more weight
and keep it off. I had also heard that diet weight loss pills
were ineffective. This is also not the case. Even something as
simple as caffeine can help you take off the pounds. The
best way to lose
weight, however, is with a stronger
supplement.
Do some research – they are always changing what you legally
can and can't get. Weight loss teas do help, as do many of the
leading brand name pills. It is all a matter of finding the
right combination of factors that work for you, and sticking
with them.
